Reports

How many envelopes went out, how many made it to the end, how long each signature took: the Signater dashboard shows your account's signing operation in real numbers, by period.

And when the question is about a specific case, the audit and signer action reports tell the whole story.

The operational dashboard

Six readings of your signing operation, always cut by the period you choose.

Volume by status

In progress, completed, declined and expired: how many envelopes went through the account and where each one stopped.

Completion rate

Of everything that was sent, how much made it to the end. A single number to follow the efficiency of the signing flow.

Average signing time

The average interval until the signature happens. Promise realistic deadlines and spot bottlenecks when the number climbs.

Top signers

Whoever signs the most with your account shows up in the ranking. Useful for spotting frequent counterparties and volume concentration.

Authentication methods

The distribution of the factors signers used to prove identity across the period's signatures.

Geolocation

Where the signatures come from, grouped by the location recorded on each action.

Audit report

The complete trail of what happens on the account

Every relevant operation enters the trail: who, what and when. Cancelled an envelope on Friday night? The record is there.

And each record carries the forensic detail of the action:

  • Source IP of every action
  • Device used
  • Operator location

Signer actions

Who viewed, who signed, when

The signer actions report gathers the detailed history of the account's signatures and approvals in one place.

To answer whether the invitation was viewed or the approval already came through, there is no need to open envelope after envelope: each signer's timeline is in the report.

Location

Every action with the place it came from

The actions report records where each signer acted from: views, approvals and signatures arrive with the location next to the event.

The same evidence that goes into the audit trail — here, gathered in a single view, envelope by envelope.

Sustainability certificate

Sustainability you can show

Every envelope completed digitally is paper that never got printed. The sustainability certificate translates that effect into an indicative estimate of the paper, CO₂ and water your account avoided.

And the result is not locked inside the platform: your account has a public badge, ready for your company's website and for ESG communication with clients and investors.

Frequently asked questions

Which metrics does the dashboard show?

Envelope volume by status (in progress, completed, declined and expired), the completion rate, the average signing time, the top signers and the distribution by authentication method and by geolocation. Everything is calculated over the period you select.

Can I audit what an account user did?

Yes. The audit report records the complete trail of the account's operations, and each record includes the IP address, the device and the location of the operator who performed the action. It is the instrument for reconstructing who did what and when.

Does the report show where the signer acted from?

Yes. Every view, approval and signature arrives with the location recorded next to the event — the same evidence that goes into the audit trail.

Are the reports on all plans?

Yes. The operational dashboard, the audit report, the signer actions report and the sustainability certificate are part of Starter, Business and Enterprise.

What is the sustainability certificate?

It is an indicative estimate of the environmental impact your account avoided by signing digitally: paper, CO₂ and water. Because it is an estimate, the numbers are indicative, not an audited measurement. It comes with a public badge for the account, which you can display on your website and in your ESG communication.
