This Legal Center brings together every document that governs your relationship with Signater: the terms that operate as a contract and the policies that explain, transparently, how we handle personal data and run the Platform. Each document is published at its own address, with its last-updated date at the top of the page, and the current version of this Legal Center will always be available at signater.com/legal/.
The main agreement between the Customer and Signater: the conditions for subscribing to and using the Platform, Plans, billing, cancellation, acceptable use, responsibilities, governing law and venue.

The Platform is operated by Signater LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #27075, Miami, Florida 33137, USA, and by Signater Tecnologia Ltda, a Brazilian company enrolled with the National Registry of Legal Entities (CNPJ) under No. 50.348.626/0001-61, with its registered office at Alameda Rio Negro, 503, Suite 2020, Alphaville, Barueri/SP, 06454-000, Brazil. Your account's contracting entity is defined in the Terms of Service.
Signater may update the documents in this Legal Center. Material changes will be announced with reasonable prior notice, by e-mail or through a notice on the Platform, as provided in each document.
