Can I log in with my Google account?

Yes. If your Signater account uses the same email as your Google account, it is one click — no password typing, with all of Google's authentication security.

I can't access my account. What should I do?

Double-check that the email matches your registration and try recovering the password. If that doesn't solve it, talk to us on WhatsApp — support replies fast and unblocks your access.

Do I need an account to sign a document?

No. Recipients sign directly through the link, without creating an account — the account is for whoever sends documents and tracks signatures.
